My exquisite friend Elle (MacPherson)is a beautiful person both inside and out. So I jumped at the chance to meet her for an evening of healing in St.John’s Wood. We climbed the stairs of the 18th Century barn, eager to begin two hours of guided meditation with Debby Coles. As soon as I saw the radience of this woman’s face, I knew she had a gift. The room was lit with candles and we all sat in a circle. Then we began two visual journeys - one, invoking St. Germain’s violet healing light
and then - to ask for support and protection from the Archangels. Now bear with me - I know that if you have never done anything like this before it can sound a bit out there and easy to dismiss - but try to rid yourself of preconceptions. I truly believe in angels and the feelings that developed in the room during this meditation were intense.
Debby then asked us if we would like to try healing, she assured us that we each have the power and ability to heal, not only ourselves but others too. Once I was feeling the vibe, Debby asked if I wanted to heal Elle. I was terrified, my friend had the flu and really needed Debby’s magic, not my novice attempt. Under Debby’s guidance, I placed my hands on chakra points and pulled out negativity and replaced this with love and healing. The connection was amazing; I felt totally invigorated and Elle said she did too. I gained so much from my experience. We all need to connect and we have the ability to tap into so much happiness and health by opening ourselves up to being spiritual. There are angels all around; let them in.
