"I came to Debby in February 2008 - an emotional wreck. I not only felt physically ill but was confused, stressed, depressed and vulnerable. We’d just been to see an IVF consultant and was looking to Debby to help me through the process.
Until Debby in her tranquil, understanding way, encouraged me to talk through exactly what my fears and worries were, I hadn’t realized just how negative I was being – and had been for many years. I was almost clinging to the conviction that I was infertile, using evidence of irregular periods and family medical history to pile up the proof, not allowing myself to think, that it might be possible – or "easy" (as Debby encouraged me say out loud for the first time ever) – to get pregnant. Debby showed me this and it was such a revelation and relief, it felt like I’d taken off a heavy cloak. It’s now October 2008 and I’m half way through my pregnancy. Medical intervention was necessary but I know that I couldn’t have got through all of this without Debby’s help. She picked me up and turned me around."

"12 years ago I was diagnosed with endometreosis. I had a series of treatments and surgery, which thankfully was successful. Earlier this year the problem returned and I was advised to talk to my partner about trying for children before considering surgery. It was at this time that I came to see Debby.
My time with Debby unravelled that I had been hanging on to many negative feelings about myself – guilt and anxiety. It was as if I didn’t feel I deserved to be happy.
