Biography
In my life, I’ve worked my way through various paths, including Advertising, BA crew and Training Manager. And somewhere along the way, managed to produce my proudest achievement - three lovely, now adult, daughters.
Like many others, I’ve faced my fair share of trials, tribulations and life lessons along the way - but prefer always to appreciate my luck and good fortune throughout.
My healing and teaching work, surfaced about 15 years ago and has now grown to encompass many facets of this fascinating subject - Reiki healing, meditation groups, workshops, books, illustrations, cds.
Over recent years, I’ve set up practices in London, Herts and Brighton ... but now concentrate my work in and around Primrose Hill.
I should be able to list some obscure and impressive hobbies
- but the everyday ones of art, design, music, dance - and a pretty low level of yoga - will have to suffice. And I’m not sure whether
humour and family come under this category - but have to be
included somewhere ..
I love what I do and feel absolutely privileged to be lucky enough to participate in this area of work - and get to meet so many wonderful people in the process.
As wiser people than me have observed - the more I learn, the less I realise I know ... but it’s a great path to be on!
